Designed for businesses that already know how their processes fit Brandkit and are confident in self-guided onboarding.

  • Post Go live debrief

Level 2: Standard

US$1000 one-time fee

Designed for businesses that will benefit from guided support with: mapping business processes, setting up their account, and launching their system.

  • Kick off session
  • Project Management (via Basecamp)
  • Up to 8 hours onboarding support
  • Navigation and menus
  • Account settings: General Settings, User Authentication Settings
  • Account settings: Vaults, Licences, Users Roles, Taxonomy, Search Filters, AI Prompts, Portal, Hosts, Redirects etc
  • Custom Domain & DNS setup support
  • Go live Support (on the day)

Level 3: Full Banana

Designed for businesses that require full implementation support including set up, hands on training and guidance for all team members.

What type of support is not covered by the Onboarding service?

Our Onboarding Service is designed to get you up and running with Brandkit, and support you until you go live. Our team will guide you with the key steps and activities that will take place with your onboarding.

What Onboarding doesn't cover is support with any activities outside of your initial setup and onboarding. For this, normal ongoing support applies.

What's involved in a kick-off session?

The Kick-off session is a consultative planning session to understand what you need from Brandkit and how we’re going to work through the setup steps to get you there within your chosen Onboarding plan. By the end of this session, we’ll give you the first steps for getting started.

How will onboarding progress be managed and communicated?

We use a 3rd party project management tool called Basecamp to manage all the onboarding tasks. We'll invite your key team members to join the project to (a) answer some setup questions, (b) supply any assets required for setup and (c) to monitor progress.

How long does onboarding take or before we can go live?

Onboarding can take several days and will partly depend on your team's availability to answer questions from the Brandkit team and supply relevants Assets or data. A simple onboarding process can be 1 to 3 days. More complex setup can be a cople of months - but typically for most midpsize setups 1-2 weeks is typical.
